                             RESOLUTION NO.   21137 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
                   ONE (1) FIRE HYDRANT FOR PUBLIC FIRE
                   PROTECTION AT LOCATIONS MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF
                   THE TARIFF THEREFOR.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       installation of one (1) fire hydrant for public fire protection
       at the following location:
      
            1.	 One (1) fire hydrant located approximately 300 feet
                 south of 5720 Hixson Pike.  We will use approximately
                 300 feet of our two thousand (2,000) feet of allotted
                 water main.
      
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that payment of the tariff to
       the Hixson Utility District be and is hereby authorized.
